Based in Stroud, I cover the whole of Gloucestershire and am now international thanks to Zoom..!
My first pregnancy led me to become fascinated with the amazing transformation my body - and mind - were going through. A few years and two more babies later, I qualified as a National Childbirth Trust (NCT) Antenatal Teacher in 2008. I subsequently took further training in Yoga for Pregnancy and Mother & Baby Yoga, and now teach both, usually in Stroud and Nailsworth. I continue to teach antenatal courses for the NCT and private Pregnancy Day Retreats.
Knowing that supporting individual women and birthing people would always be my passion, when my children were a little older I completed the Nurturing Birth doula training course and I now have the honour of supporting couples, women and birthing people as a Birth and Postnatal Doula.
