You've come to the right place for pregnancy, birth and postnatal doula services, yoga and antenatal education.
Based in Stroud, I cover the whole of Gloucestershire and am now international thanks to Zoom..!
My first pregnancy led me to become fascinated with the amazing transformation my body - and mind - were going through. A few years and two more babies later, I qualified as a National Childbirth Trust (NCT) Antenatal Teacher in 2008. I subsequently took further training in Yoga for Pregnancy and Mother & Baby Yoga, and now teach both, usually in Stroud and Nailsworth. I continue to teach antenatal courses for the NCT and private Couples' Yoga Birth Workshops.
Knowing that supporting individual women and birthing people would always be my passion, when my children were a little older I completed the Nurturing Birth doula training course and I now have the honour of supporting couples, women and birthing people as a Birth and Postnatal Doula.
